The vintage ring has been certified by EGL USA to contain a natural blue sapphire weighing 1.63 carats with evidence of heat treatment and appraised by UGS for $4,925. The accent natural diamonds weigh 0.38 carats total and are set in sturdy white gold settings along with the sapphire. The solid 14kt yellow gold rope is made for a 5.75 ring size and is not resizable. The beautiful blue September birthstone looks absolutely radiant next to the rich gold and brilliant diamonds.
