The center is an oval-cut natural tanzanite held by a secure 4-double-prong setting. There is a halo of round full cut diamonds around the Tanzanian gemstone. The halo is married with two half-moon cut diamonds on each side of it. The ring is made of solid 18kt white gold, is currently a size 6.75, and can be resized. The ring is Brand New!
