These beautifully carved natural malachite half-hoop earrings are capped in solid 14kt yellow gold where cabochon cut amethysts have been bezel set into gold above the caps. The high-polished gold is an elegant accent to the varying shades of green that the malachite presents which is in diagonal striations. These unique pair of earrings are vintage and were crafted in the 1980s. They are in excellent condition and use posts for pushbacks.
